Chris Renard is a Principal at Commercial Realty Consultants (CRC), which he co-founded in 1997. Chris graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Prior to starting CRC, Chris sold a chain of successful retail businesses throughout the United States that he owned and managed for over a decade.
Since joining CRC, he has played a critical role in the purchasing, financing, renovating, managing and selling of many properties throughout the Western United States. Many of the properties he turned around were initially mismanaged which resulted in high vacancy, substandard tenant mix, and in need for rehabilitation. Chris’ ability to identify a property’s need and take corrective action has been profitable to both him and his clients. It’s also led him to be recognized by different municipalities for his ability to revitalize the community. Chris has cultivated numerous relationships with lenders, property owners, property management professionals, and is highly regarded as an accomplished professional in the commercial real estate industry. |
