Since joining Commercial Realty Consultants in 2003, he has arranged financing for a broad array of property types, including anchored and unanchored retail shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial properties and apartments. In the past 2 years, he has arranged debt and equity financing in excess of $675 million.

His nuanced understanding of the many facets involved in property acquisitions and management allow him to develop innovative financing strategies for his clients. Michael holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology. He also earned a BS in Cybernetics (Engineering and Applied Math) and a BA in Business/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. |
