Jonathan joined Commercial Realty Consultants in 2005 with a strong foundation in real estate and finance. Prior to joining CRC, he studied finance at UC San Diego, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
After graduating in 2002, he worked as a Financial Advisor for UBS Wealth Management, where he formulated and tailored financial solutions to address the needs of his clients. In 2003, Jonathan joined Chicago Title Company & Investment Property Exchange Services Inc. in San Diego, where he assisted in closing commercial property transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $750 million. He also participated in the management and closing of 1031 Exchange Accounts with an aggregate value in excess of $400 million.
Since joining CRC, Jonathan has coordinated the placement of over $725 million in debt financing of all property types including office buildings, retail shopping centers, ground-up construction, multi-family, and industrial properties. |
