Rick Macaya
graduated from the University of Southern California in 1989 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance. During his senior year
at USC, he began to work as an intern for the real estate investment
firm Marcus and Millichap (M&M), where he began a full-time real
estate career upon graduation. In 1992, he joined Assessment Appeals
Group, specializing in property tax consulting for Investment Properties.
In 1997, he and his current partners formed Commercial Realty Consultants,

Chris Renard graduated from the University of California Los Angeles in 1989 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After graduation he successfully
owned and managed a chain of retail businesses, which were ultimately
sold in 1995. At that time Chris joined Assessment Appeals Group representing
clients in contesting unfair property tax assessments against regional
assessor offices. In 1997, he and his current partners formed Commercial
Realty Consultants, Inc. |
