Realty Consultants family. Specializing in Ground-Up Construction, Condominium
Conversion and Apartment lending, his expertise in the nuances of property
acquisition has generated many repeat customers, on both the multi-family
and commercial sides of the business.
His most recent fundings are in Pasadena, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica
and the City of Los Angeles, but Rick works on a national scope as well.
A skilled communicator, Rick's straightforward approach to Real Estate
Financing has created many winning relationships.
Whether negotiating an aggressive underwriting rate for a client's apartment
purchase, or assessing the condo-builder's needs, Rick creates a value-added

Ximena began with Commercial Realty Consultants in
2001. She specializes in apartment, retail and commercial lending. She
consistently delivers excellent customer service and competitive loan
programs to a wide range of clientele -- from first-time buyers to seasoned
property owners.
Ximena (pronounced He-men-uh) is dedicated to creating the ideal match
– securing a lending program that best suit a client's specific
needs. Her loyal relationships and longstanding track record with brokers
make her a trusted source for their clients.

Michael is widely recognized as one of the nation's leading real estate financing professionals. Since joining Commercial Realty Consultants in 2003, he has arranged financing for a broad array of property types, including anchored and unanchored retail shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, industrial properties and apartments. In the past 2 years, he has arranged debt and equity financing in excess of $675 million.
Michael holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology. He earned a BS in Cybernetics (with an emphasis on Engineering and Applied Math) and a BA in Business/Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jonathan joined Commercial Reality Consultants in 2005 with a strong foundation in real estate and finance. Prior to joining CRC, he studied finance at UC San Diego, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
After graduating in 2002, he worked as a Financial Advisor for UBS Wealth Management, where he formulated and tailored financial solutions to address the needs of his clients. In 2003, Jonathan joined Chicago Title Company & Investment Property Exchange Services Inc. in San Diego, where he assisted in closing commercial property transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $750 million. He also participated in the management and closing of 1031 Exchange Accounts with an aggregate value in excess of $400 million.
Since joining CRC, Jonathan has coordinated the placement of over $725 million in debt financing of all property types including office buildings, retail shopping centers, ground-up construction, multi-family, and industrial properties.

Adam joined Commercial Realty Consultants in 2007 and specializes in the financing of all property types including multi-family, retail shopping centers, industrial buildings, and ground-up construction.
Prior to joining CRC, Adam began his career at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage. He began as an intern and worked his way to becoming a successful broker. During his time at M&M, Adam managed the closing of over $50 million of investment real estate transactions. Adam earned the Pace Setter Award, placing him in the top 4% of the new sales force nationally.
Adam brings a unique approach to his clientele, applying his knowledge as a successful investment broker to the finance side of the business. Adam studied marketing in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

Alan graduated from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing. Since joining
the Commercial Realty Consultants team in 2007, Alan has specialized in
the financing of all property types, including multi-family, retail, industrial
and construction.
After being in the customer service industry for over 10 years, Alan prides himself in delivering the highest level of customer service to all of his clients, while also providing the most aggressive programs in the market.
